Worst experience came in for a trim to cut off my dead ends. She didn’t wash it barley cut anything off now I have to pay for another cut to get my ends cut off
Came in for a walk in haircut and was help by Kent. I asked him so many questions about my hair and he answered very throughly. I appreciated how much he explained the process of the haircut and made sure I knew what I was getting! He also referred to my references and made sure to adjust if I wanted any changes :)) great experience and will definitely ask for him again! The salon itself is great as well. Many amazing products and the receptionists were kind and welcoming. Overall great experience in the store.
