Wanted and pre booked for curly haircut but got different than I expected. I used to like wet cut, straightened hair and the stylist did well on making my hair straight and shaped it to my face but it was not what I wanted. My natural curls want attention and to be flaunted. We need more stylists who can handle the deva and curly cuts.
DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!! Went in for a haircut & was overcharged, I went back to ask them about it and they denied that they overcharged me so I went to the bower mall location to ask them what they would charge for what I had done, the staff there completely agreed with me & fixed my hair for free! The lady who cut my hair rushed it, and I didn't even get a chance to look at the actual haircut before she styled my hair which I did not ask for & did not want! I booked a two colour and cut only to have my expensive $480 service done by a student. Overall disliked the colour and came home to find out that half of my bangs were longer than the other side. Would not go back.
Sorry, I went here. I had my hair done (foiled) with the hopes of it being lighter by the third or fourth time. However, I left with rusty hair each time because they refused to use the proper volume. I ended up throwing away my hard-earned money. I've had light hair many times and have never had a salon push to pay for an extra $50 oil treatment that was left on my head for about 30 seconds. Otherwise, they wouldn't do it.
