Very disappointed. I got an older hairdresser maybe 40s Asian man. I wasn’t even told his name. My layers were cut so unevenly, the man I got was ready to cut my hair without any consultation. He didn’t say a single word to me the entire time. Definitely not coming back especially not for that price I thought chatters was supposed to be affordable.
Addition: recently got a cut from Natasha. She did such an amazing job on my kid! Super recommend I randomly went here to get an angled bob and Ryan did SUCH an amazing job. I’ve been getting angled bobs for 8 years now and can easily say this was one of the best ones! Glad found a permanent stylist :)
Jordi was super sweet and did a great job. 2025- Leo was awesome, really took their time and care with my hair. Super friendly and checked in to make sure everything was okay. They also recommended a great product which I also purchased during my visit. Will definitely be booking again :)
