I’m really disappointed with my experience here. I came in with a clear inspiration photo — brown/auburn hair with blonde highlights around the face— and somehow left with purple hair and chunky, uneven highlights and very poorly blended money pieces. It looked nothing like what I asked for. To make things worse, the stylist admitted during the appointment that she’d been up all night and into the early morning hours watching movies. I’ve had an amazing experience at Chatters! The entire staff has been incredibly supportive, especially Hazel, who went above and beyond during my recovery from hand surgery. Their kindness and professionalism have made all the difference. Highly recommend this salon!
I had a really bad experience at this salon. The hairdresser was terrible — she gave me one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever had. She cut way too much off, even after I asked her not to, and the cut was so uneven that when I got home I had to try to fix it myself. There were random long pieces that didn’t match the rest at all. Just had my hair cut by a junior stylist named Hazel and wow! I am so pleased with my cut. The layers are perfect and she really blew me away. I was nervous I won't lie. But she gave me one of the best cuts I have had since moving here. Thank you Hazel. I will be back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
