I’ve had an amazing experience at Chatters! The entire staff has been incredibly supportive, especially Hazel, who went above and beyond during my recovery from hand surgery. Their kindness and professionalism have made all the difference. Highly recommend this salon!

I had a really bad experience at this salon. The hairdresser was terrible — she gave me one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever had. She cut way too much off, even after I asked her not to, and the cut was so uneven that when I got home I had to try to fix it myself. There were random long pieces that didn’t match the rest at all. Just had my hair cut by a junior stylist named Hazel and wow! I am so pleased with my cut. The layers are perfect and she really blew me away. I was nervous I won't lie. But she gave me one of the best cuts I have had since moving here. Thank you Hazel. I will be back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I understand that delays can happen, but I would have appreciated some communication or even a brief apology when the stylist arrived late. The session felt very rushed, and I left feeling like my appointment was more of a task to be checked off than a service being thoughtfully provided. The end result didn’t reflect the quality I had expected, which was disappointing. With a little more time and care, I believe this experience could have been much better.

My hair dresser was changed without my knowledge. I asked for a certain haircut, got a different haircut. There were pieces of my hair that were only 2 inches long on top of my head. My hair was so short I had to wear a hat for months.
