This review is for the stylist Regan in particular. AMAZING! If you need vivid colour work she is a QUEEN. I walked in with dull, damaged hair. Walked out with bright pink bangs, a cut, and coloured hair that looks and feels so much better. Also gave awesome recommendations on product. I bought some mini shampoo/conditioner and I'll be back to buy the full size. I will DEFINITELY be rebooking. This queen is my new stylist for sure.
Booked my son a cut and color for his grad. Spoke to the manager when making the appointment, explained what I wanted and she quoted the price as starting at 120. Cool ok. My son messaged me during his appointment to say his "stylist" quoted him 400+ for what he was getting done! He has mullet and most of his hair is not even 2 inches long. He got a solid color and had 2 small chunks bleached and dyed blue. They were totally trying to rip of a child. Very disappointed. I had haircut and wash appointment booked for 1:45 PM and was driving from another town when it was cancelled. Don’t waste customers time if you are not sure you can keep the appointment.
Today, I had a horrible haircut experience at Chatters Bower Mall location with "Kaily, Kathleen, or Kailyn" (no sure on the exact spelling) and here's what happened: I requested "layers" and "v" shape haircut. I asked for the shortest layer to be at my chin's height and the longest slightly below my shoulder. This is what "Kailyn" did instead: she grabbed a big chunk of my hair and cut it straight (chopped), resulting in very short layers at the top that were at my EYES' HEIGHT instead of my CHIN'S HEIGHT! Customer service was amazing! Ladies at the front desk were so sweet and Shayna did an excellent job!! Will be back!!
