My son got a perm and he is extremely happy Tracie was the name of the hair dresser and she did a amazing job and was very friendly
I drove a long way for an appointment that I had booked. After the stylist being 1 hour late on my appointment, I was told she had time management problems and my appointment would be canceled or I could wait longer but they couldn't tell me when. I left and was told a manger would contact me to comp my next appointment. Never got a call or email from the manager
They were able to get my 2 yr old son in for a haircut, without appointment, Sunday afternoon. The stylist was amazing with him. He must have felt very comfortable with her because he sat very well for the entire haircut. Thanks all!
Sue always gives me the absolute best service she is very knowledgeable!
