Please do not go to this salon. There are some beginners who will charge you a lot and ruin your hair. As if they are using this dalon to practice.

Jesse was very nice to me! However, I wanted to go back to my natural hair colour which is dark brown so she did a colour reset. When my hair is finished, my hair seem to look black. Before the color reset, my hair was already very dark like a burnette. I specifically wanted to strip all hair color and bleach to go back to the way it was dark brown, i did understand it may be damging but this is what i wanted. Hands down the worst service I have ever received. Came in for a balayage. Sat in the chair at 12:05 and didn’t have my first foil put in until 12:50. It took almost 4 hours to put foils in. I got a treatment put in at 4:30. I was getting washed and brushed at 4:40pm. The stylist was ripping my hair out by brushing the back combing in large sections and not starting from the ends.
