I don't think we will be back. Inexperienced stylist. After washing my daughters hair the stylist just cut along the bottom of her hair (just 1 straight across cut) and then framed her bangs. I thought there was going to be more to the cut (especially along the bottom length) but no there was not. This stylist needed way more mentorship before she starts cutting hair for others. More time was spent on the hair wash and blow drying than the actual cut. Also had my daughter purchase products that wasn't really necessary
I’ve had my hair cut and colored several times at Chatters in Chilliwack and I’ve never been disappointed!!! They always do an amazing job!!!!
Got a nice haircut and beautiful curls. The only reason not to rate 5 is because they told me haircut is $60 but charged me $88. I don’t know why they do so.they should consider that some people have budget for everything.
My wife has gone here twice. Both times they pressured her to purchase overpriced product that can be purchase elsewhere for way cheaper. (The same brand) even after she says no they grabbed a smaller version scanned it and gave her her total saying “this is a good deal” essentially forcing her to have to ask to “void” it from the transaction if she didn’t want it. She is slightly Introverted and this made her uncomfortable and soured the experience.
