I booked a last minute hair appointment and decided to go with Sylvia based on the other reviews I saw online and I am so glad I did. She is amazing!!! She did exactly as I asked and my hair turned out absolutely beautiful. She is also so sweet and funny, I loved chatting with her, she really makes you feel comfortable and listens to exactly what you want. I am looking forward to my next appointment with her. Had an absolutely amazing experience with Valina! Probably the best hair cut I have ever had. It's been nearly a month and my hair still looks as good as the day she cut it. It's easy to style and I have gotten so many compliments on it.
I took an appointment a day prior and clearly told them i have long black hair and need red hair. I went for my appointment and the lady was not sure on how to do my color and had to ask her coworkers on guidance and then told me its a very long service and she didn’t have time so she can’t do it that day. I asked her if someone else can do it, she said no everyone else has clients. She DID NOT BOTHER ASKING ME TO RESCHEDULE. She just told me she can’t do my hair color and that’s it. Website says the location on Sumas way is open until 9:00pm I drove down there and when I walked through the unlocked doors the staff yelled at me “we’re closed.” Please update your website to show your locations correct hours. The staff has always been very helpful, but this time was very disappointing. A complete waist of time and gas.
