I went to the Sumas chatters at 6:53 although I know they closed at 7:00 I rushed to get there and the two staff were just walking out the doors, they said they were closing early, so I didn’t get any product, I was annoyed because I was there before closing! I will not purchase anything from chatters in the future. Very disappointing now I understand why people are purchasing online and through reliable sources.

I had such a great experience with my hairstylist, Valina. From the moment I sat down, she really took the time to listen to what I wanted while also giving honest, professional guidance on what would actually suit my hair type. The color turned out amazing—exactly what I was hoping for. Valina clearly has a strong understanding of tones and how to blend them naturally, and the end result looked fresh,” and vibrant. On top of that, the overall styling was done beautifully. I highly recommend Valina.
I want to say a big thank you to hairstylist, Valina! She did an amazing job with my wife’s keratin treatment. Her hair was very damaged and dry before, but with her guidance and recommendation, my wife went ahead with the treatment—and the results are incredible. I went in to the salon a few weeks ago and as a new mom with very little self care, I decided to journey out and leave him with someone. I set up child care to accommodate an hour appointment. I arrived for my 12pm appointment and was brought back to a bench behind the front desk and asked to wait.
