Got my hair done today and I am super disappointed, it’s not at all what I had asked for. I went in for a balayage and hair cut and came out with highlights. I told the stylist I did not like and he didn’t really say anything. He really didn’t talk to me at all throughout the service. For $250 I expected way better service and for my hair to look at least somewhat of what I asked for. Hard to pay such a high price for something you’re not happy with.
I have debated on posting this....I have been to a few Chatters and never had an issue until now. I went in to get the back of my hair evened out and came out with a choppy mess, plus I'm missing a huge chunk of my hair in the front. I look like I gave myself a haircut, honestly I could have done a better job. Don't give your hair stylist titles such as "intermediate" if they cannot perform to the same level.
Extreme care and amazing experience. I requested for change from Dark to very light blonde, this is a process and doesn’t happen in one sitting. We have only started this journey, Jaylynne was completely professional and her 1st priority is keeping the integrity of my hair! I would recommend her 10x over! I will continue to go to chatters.
I had an appointment scheduled for 1:00 PM and ended up waiting for 40 minutes. After inquiring twice about when I would be seen, I was told both times that I would be seen "soon." Unfortunately, I had to leave without receiving the service, which was very frustrating. If appointments aren’t going to be honored in a timely manner, it really undermines the purpose of scheduling them. This experience was disappointing and inconvenient.
