The first time I went to Holly she did a great job with my hair. Then, I booked an appointment for a haircut with her. Shortly before the appointment, I received a call stating that someone else would be cutting my hair because she would not be done with the previous client in time. Terrible! Mel who told me she had 17 years of experience scalped me ...plus I had to pay $60.00 with tip. This girl is very strange 🤔 She will chat for 5 minutes and then stop??? Very dissapointed with my haircut Now I can't put hair up in a scrunchie or have a nice updo for Christmas which I mentioned 3 times!
I purchased DesignMe products and discovered the pumps didn’t work. After being told to bring them in for an exchange, staff confirmed in store that the products were faulty. Despite this, I was informed I’d have to pay extra to exchange them because they were no longer on sale. Charging customers more to replace defective items is unacceptable. An exchange for a faulty product should never cost more than what I originally paid. Very disappointing experience.
Tara is an absolute gem!!! I was in a panic as my hairdresser that was supposed to do my wedding do was unable to make it. It was a total unavoidable situation and in no way am I upset at the amazing person she is. BUT I was in a jam and Tara took me in with 5 minutes notice. Asked for wolf cut but the stylist cut my hair like a mullet. Showed the wolf cut picture to stylist but the result is not even close to the picture I showed to her and she said she knows how to cut the wolf cut. I also tried to explain and be specific of what length of my hair on top, sides, and back my head to be cut, but she cut my hair too short. Never coming back to get hair cut here again.
