I had my hair straightened on May 28, 2026 in Chatters Brandon branch by a Filipino guy. At first, the result looked okay, but after three days, I noticed the actual result. Some parts of my hair became tangled and difficult to comb. I am not sure what went wrong during the treatment. Also, I only found out when I was about to pay that the charge was $100 per hour, so I ended up paying $400 plus a tip.
