I’m so glad we found CHATS. We live in Reservoir and searched for a local Occupational Therapist for kids. My child sees an OT and also does one of their groups. The staff are lovely and make you feel at ease straight away. They’re practical, supportive and genuinely care. We’ve seen improvements over time and my child’s confidence has grown. Highly recommend to any parent looking for therapy, especially if your child needs different therapy services.
We can't speak highly enough of the team at CHATS. From the very first appointment, we felt genuinely heard and supported — not just as a family navigating challenges, but as people. The therapists are warm, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. The social groups are a highlight — our child absolutely loves them and looks forward to every session. The progress we've seen has been beyond what we hoped for. Can't recommend them enough — 5 stars!

As a mum, I can honestly say CHATS Kids Therapy in Bundoora has been such a supportive place for our family. My child has been doing speech therapy there and also attends a group program. The team are so kind and welcoming, and they really take the time to understand your child. Everything is explained clearly and we’re always given practical things to try at home. We’ve seen steady progress and my child feels safe and comfortable going each week. I’m really grateful we found CHATS Kids Therapy.
