We had a glass sunroom and Louvered Life room pergola combination completed by Chattels In Design 2 months ago. Megan the project manager and Dan the Designer, were great. We went in to the office and had a design meeting to see how everything would look on the back of the house and they worked with us to make little features inside the room work. They built a mantel and installed a ceiling fan as well. Beautiful Job. I Highly recommend them.

I couldn’t be more impressed with Chattels In Design. From the very beginning, the designer took the time to understand our vision and brought it to life with incredible attention to detail. Please do not use this company. Over the course of this project, there have been repeated delays and unresolved issues due to the lack of on-site technical support. Despite prior conversations and expectations, technician availability continues to be inconsistent, which directly impacts progress and timelines. Additionally, I’ve noticed a lack of communication and follow-through from the project management . I met with the owner, Dan at the end of February and signed a contract for a small screened wall with a storm door for my patio. Since it was a small job, he indicated it would probably take about three weeks or four at the most. After six weeks, I followed up because I hadn't heard anything about the status of the project. Owner is disorganized, makes excuses as to why the job is at 6 months and still not finished. Water is coming through the outlets and walls in the room. Owner makes excuses for that too. Looking like thousands of dollars spent on a useless room. DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! They are greedy, lying scam artists!!
