This hospital does not call you back when they say they will.. They never directly answer the phone, You have to call three or four times and get put on hold for 20 minutes… You’ll spend another 20 minutes on the phone explaining what it is that you need and giving information about your dog just for them to tell you they’re going to call you back and never call you back… So then a week or two later, you’ll call them back and they’ll give you the same pill they gave you two weeks ago that they’ll call you back… Prescriptions... read more

Came into the vet as my puppy needed to get her shots up to date, while making the appointment on the phone I had mentioned that my puppy needed her rabies and while also speaking to the vet had mentioned that was the reason to why we had made the appointment . The vet then pushed us to get all these other tests which was fine as long as my dog had received what we had booked the appointment for.
