The customer service is terrible. The sales/design associates have no clue. I had the person come to my house and they did measurements. I told exactly what I wanted because my kitchen is very small. I get the plans back and it was done all wrong. So I emailed them back and the associate proceeded to tell me what I can do with my kitchen. The working triangle was all wrong.
