I was at the Cleveland Adkisson location today for an appt with Phil. Unfortunate Phil was running late so they sent in another Doc to do a very quick follow up with me. It went fine. Checking out however was not. My normal co/pay is $30 but because Phil was late and someone made the decision to send in another Doc to do the quick F/U I was charged double the co/pay!! I was told it was because the Doc they sent in was an MD and the co/pay was $60. I was very unhappy and expressed that. I did not ask for the MD. I will be ser... read more

Do not let these people touch you. They are incompetent hacks. Very unprofessional. Phil Andrews is a complete idiot. The NP after his name stands for not professional
I’ve been to the Adkisson Dr., Cleveland, TN. location twice and both times, was treated wonderfully by the entire staff. Six years ago, I saw Philip Andrews and today, Jamie Slagle. Both are outstanding. I’ve always been treated professionally and with genuine kindness and courtesy. I was hesitant to give them a try after the bad reviews, but I would definitely go back if need be. Perhaps some doctors are better than others. Philip and Jamie are top notch!!
