Arranged for winterizing my boat in early December for 12/13 time frame. I discovered on 1/5/26 it had not been done and no notification to me at all. I called to confirm it had been done, but no it had not! My boat is in the water and in extreme risk not winterized. I called again and left message. No reply days later from TN office. I will not use them ever.
Got our first boat last year. Called on Chattanooga Mobile Marine to have the winterizing done. Called on them again this year for the same. Benjamin got us buttoned up for the winter. Highly recommend them for your boat services or repairs.

I called and didn't even leave a message. I got a call back from Jeremy. I asked an off beat question about salvage parts. Even knowing that I was likely not going to be an immediate customer, Jeremy went way above and beyond by taking the time out of his busy day to retrieve the information I needed and get back to me.
