This place is ridiculous looking for a good doctor keep looking. I have been a patient of Dr. Close for almost 2 years with the simple purpose of getting a cortisone shot in my knee every few months. A few weeks ago my knee starts acting up so I go in as usual to find he wants to take a x-ray which I agree to. Then he tells me I have damaged the cartilage in there, he cant give me a shot to go to psychical therapy. Very Disappointed – I have been a patient of Dr. Duff for years. I recently took a job in California and moved there from TN. As a result, my insurance changed. When I attempted to fill my medication prescribed by Dr. Duff, the pharmacy informed me that my new insurance company requires prior authorization and Dr. Duff's office would need to request this. Dr. Hartsfield and Staff at Chattanooga Family Practice – I have found Dr. Hartsfield to be an excellent physician. I have been going to him since Dr. Royal retired. The staff at the Chattanooga Family Practice are very friendly and helpful and I have never had any test results delayed in getting to me. They are a GREAT staff and doctor.
Dr. Hartsfield is my doctor and I have been most happy with my care. He is very detailed in managing my health. I have full trust in him and his staff. I have been a patient for 15 years and very satisfied.
Dr. Lord has been my doctor for over 10 years and I have never had a complaint . He takes care of me and knows my medical history. If I need an appointment I have never had a problem, and if doctor Lord is not in one of his associates will see me. The staff has been really helpful when I needed information or need a refill. When I call the phones may be busy for a minute or two and then they are there. incompetent staff – Dr Hartsfield is my doctor. He is excellent! I have been seeing him over 20 years. He listens to problems and concerns, and explains things in terms that I can understand, and he's not afraid of giving samples of the medications that he is going to prescribe. However, since the office has changed from Galen to CFP, it is extremely hard to get an appointment. The staff rarely answers the phone, when/if they do, they are rude. Incompetent Office Staff – Dr. Duff, my primary care physician at this office, is knowledgable and caring. However, getting to see her is very difficult. You must wait weeks or months for an appointment and the people who do the scheduling do not know what they are doing. My wife almost died of pneumonia last year becuase she could not get in to see the doctor. I was also given the wrong information about vaccinations recently and wasted time off from work only to find out the office did not supply the services I needed when... read more
