If I could give zero stars I would. My daughter usually sees the doctor but today he was absent and we got put with FNP Shandra. I am a nurse and have encountered many rude doctors through the years. Working with them and seeing them as a patient but this took the cake. She immediately walked in the door and was rude to my 13 year old daughter. Very disrespectful nurse and np. i heard the conversation they had with my wife. They did not call her. Her voicemail was not full as i called her phone to double check it. Nurse was 100% interrupting as my wife was talking trying to explain that she hadn’t received any phone calls. For most of my life, the beautiful plant life in Eastern Tennesse has made me miserable each spring and fall. Depite knowing allergy shots might help my situation I did not pursue this option due to the long waits involved in any medical office. My work schedule simply would not allow a prolonged time out in the middle of the day for shots. Well, CAC does not require these long weekday waits.
