My experience with this office was wonderfull . Everyone was very nice and concerned . Made you feel comfortable with process. Thank you all very much.
Needed to make a new patient appointment. Was transferred to someone who was supposed to be able to locate a referral form that the office claims they never received from PCP and had to leave a voicemail. I was sent a copy of the form from the PCP, so I know it was sent. Still no call back and it's been 10 days. If you need to be seen as soon as possible, I advise you to go elsewhere because this office will give you the run around and never call you back. If I could give zero stars I would. My daughter usually sees the doctor but today he was absent and we got put with FNP Shandra. I am a nurse and have encountered many rude doctors through the years. Working with them and seeing them as a patient but this took the cake. She immediately walked in the door and was rude to my 13 year old daughter.
