Paid for timing chains and camshaft. Oil leak developed from them forgetting to put bolts back in cover and caused me an additional 8k at the dealership to correct what they did. I wouldn't trust them to tie a shoe lace correct. There mechanics are the worst I've ever felt with and are complete hacks. Said they put new camshaft in too and these are not new
My father used to go here for his oil changes and they always got him in and out quickly and did it for a fair price. Never had any issues. Recently, we had a nail in our tire with our brand new Vehicle and asked an employee at an auto parts store if they could use a patch kit cause we never have used one before. The employees at the auto part store said they can't but an employee from Chatsworth QL&T was there and heard us asking and told us he could do it for us quickly at his shop. These auto shop is a scam DO NOT take your vehicle to this shop. He has had my car for 8months with a payment upfront. It’s a different excuse every week from him being sick to something with his kids to getting pulled over and truck getting towed. Frankly I don’t understand what any of this has to do with fixing my vehicle. The shop is full of excuses and not enough of getting the job done. I wouldn’t recommend anyone take the vehicle there for any kind of work. Very unprofessional
