I needed to send some birthday flowers to my sister in Perth because I'd forgotten to send a card in time. I was able to choose a lovely bunch from Chatsworth flowers. Their website is easy to navigate and there's an excellent variety to choose from at a range of price points. My sister was delighted with her flowers and sent me a pic. They were lovely. I also received an email from the company once they'd been delivered. Excellent service.

So disappointed 😢 these were for my pops memorial and they look horrible! They don’t look fresh at all and half of them are crushed. Not what I was expecting to receive at all 💔 Edit: Amended the star rating due to the business responding so quickly to my email and refunding, at least I can try and find some pretty flowers first thing tomorrow. 1 star for the flowers but 3 for the customer service.
