I have periodically utilized the car wash over the years but todays experience will ensure I never return. I pulled into the car wash lot with the and began vacuuming my car's counsel when I was abruptly approached by a lady who told me to pay $10. I asked for her to repeat what she said and she reiterated for me to pay $10. I was taken back by her tone and demand to pay the $10. They pre-scrub the back of your vehicle now. Really appreciate it. It they could pre-scrub the hood if there's a lot of stuff on it too, that'd be even better.

I pulled in to get cash out if my wallet and I wasn’t even there for 1 minute until the karen lady manager came out yelling at me to go away and that I can’t use their vaccums for free. Lady also put me on the “do not serve” list because she’s impatient and I didn’t have cash.
