I came in just to get an estimate and didn’t end up getting any work done at the time because I didn’t have the money, but I still had a really great experience. The owner, Kirk, took the time to explain everything to me clearly and thoroughly, how long the repair would take, what the process would look like, and what I should expect overall. I highly recommend Chatsworth Auto Body. You won't find a more fair and honest person than Kirk. I had gone into CAB previously when the passenger door hit a boulder while opening it and got scratched when the car was brand new. Kirk could have easily taken my money and done the job, but instead talked me out of the repair saying that it was too far down for anyone to notice. That sold me on his honesty. Kirk is friendly, transparent and a proactive communicator. Fixed up some body work on my Honda CRV efficiently. Great price! I would 100% return and recommend his shop to others.
I had the privilege of working with Kirk on a replacement for a mirror that broke off our vehicle. He made the process very smooth and completed everything on time. One of the best body shops I’ve worked with and I highly recommend them!!
