My Love one had been to Chadsworth before this is why we choose it .It wasn't spectacular last time but figured familiarity was best for a 90 yr old. Needed some rehab after a extended stay at hospital . The place now is terrible very disorganized, food svc would send her anything instead of her chosen food . The aides there only 2 nice ones the rest were rude, one aide said I am not helping her in the. Bathroom , keep her in bed let her pee in bed. This facility may look clean and inviting on the surface, but the level of care my husband received was deeply disappointing and even dangerous. I’m giving two stars solely because of the one aides who actually did their jobs and treated my husband with kindness. Beyond that, the experience was unacceptable. My husband, who has diabetes, was not given proper medical attention. His blood sugar wasn’t checked for the first three days of his stay, and he was only there for four days total. I can’t say enough good things about Chatsworth at PGA. My mother-in-law fell and broke some bones and after an excellent tour and meeting with the Director, Kris, we chose Chatsworth for her care. The staff was so caring and professional. The nurses and the aides were wonderful. PT and OT got her walking again. No one gave up on a very dire situation. The facilities are beautiful and comfortable. We visited regularly, and the staff was very accommodating and friendly.
