Samantha Fraser-Bell of Chatswood Retina has been treating me for wet age-related Macular Degeneration, for over 10 years. I couldn't be happier with the care and attention I have received, from both the medical and the reception staff. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Rude receptionist, super long wait of 2.5hrs for less than 10 minutes of consultation with Prof Ho, who referred me to another specialist…Yet one month later, I have no information of who I was seeing, when was the appointment nor receive my referral letter in the mail, as I was told when I called 2 weeks after my appointment asking for the same thing. My elderly parents had a very poor experience with this clinic’s reception team. The attitude of a particular staff member (supervisor / manager) was surprisingly rude and lack of empathy. She was very impatient towards my parents throughout the conversation. My parents left with shock and great frustration. If you do not have the patience and courtesy, it is best not to work in customer service related roles, especially in healthcare settings.
