Rude receptionist, super long wait of 2.5hrs for less than 10 minutes of consultation with Prof Ho, who referred me to another specialist…Yet one month later, I have no information of who I was seeing, when was the appointment nor receive my referral letter in the mail, as I was told when I called 2 weeks after my appointment asking for the same thing. My elderly parents had a very poor experience with this clinic’s reception team. The attitude of a particular staff member (supervisor / manager) was surprisingly rude and lack of empathy. She was very impatient towards my parents throughout the conversation. My parents left with shock and great frustration. If you do not have the patience and courtesy, it is best not to work in customer service related roles, especially in healthcare settings. Everyone is pleasant at Chatswood Retina, but the person whom I think, really makes a difference, is Michelle. She is such a professional yet personable person who greets people when they first arrive and makes them feel like they matter.
DR. VIVEK PANDYA CHATSWOOD RETINA SERVICES. HE DESERVES A ZERO. BE WARNED, DO NOT, DO NOT EVER GO TO SEE DR. VIVEK PANDYA AT CHATSWOOD RETINA CENTRE. I WENT IN FOR A VERY SIMPLE REMOVAL OF A MEMBRANE IN MY LEFT EYE ONLY TO HAVE LOST MY EYE SIGHT IN MY LEFT EYE, DUE TO THE NEGLIGENCE OF THIS BUTCHER HE IS A BLOODY AMATEUR AND SHOULD BE DEREGISTERED.
