Loved the overall experience here. The admission nurse was quite rude and nasty and hence I was dreading the procedure thereafter. But Dr Adit Bahl, who was my dental surgeon, the anesthetist Mr McNamara and the nurse who cared for me after the procedure, Mr Peyman Karimzadeh, were all absolutely brilliant!!!!!!!. A special shout to these three wonderful gentlemen/ professionals who made the overall experience least traumatic. TY all...much gratitude to these wonderful professionals.
I had a very negative experience with Nurse Natsuki Kinoshita. She was unprofessional, dismissive, and seemed uninterested in my concerns. I felt rushed and ignored, which made me uncomfortable throughout my visit. I expected better care and attention. Unfortunately I am naming and shaming her as I was very displeased and am writing this with my heart filled with anger. I was there because of my leg Natsuki kinoshita was staring at me and when I I went to bed she was staring at me help fire her she is not needed
The hospital is that in name only being no more than a medical centre in reality. At 10 years old it is showing its age with tired and tatty furnishings, worn carpets etc. The care profile is erratic with completely different levels of infection prevention applied on two separate days, a week apart, for the same operation. Recovery is quite crowded and distressingly near the children’s recovery centre so not restful at all.
