They specifically messaged us to come in 10 minutes early at 12:20, yet when we arrived we were made to wait until 1pm. When we asked at reception, they insisted our CT booking was for 1pm even though we had written confirmation from them for 12:30 (which I had also confirmed verbally at the start). I had a very unpleasant experience during my ultrasound appointment today. The sonographer was extremely rude — when I tried to explain the areas where I was feeling discomfort, I was repeatedly told to "shut up," which is completely unacceptable in a healthcare setting. I understand that ultrasound staff cannot provide results directly, but instead of explaining this politely, the sonographer said that they could only tell me something if I was “dying.” This came across as insensitive and unprofessional. I had an excellent experience at Chatswood Infinity Medical Imaging! The staff was incredibly fast and efficient, getting me in and out without any delays. They handled everything with such care and gentleness, making me feel comfortable throughout the process. The facility was clean, modern, and well-organized, and the technicians were professional yet warm and reassuring. I highly recommend this centre for anyone needing quick and gentle X-ray services!
I have been to Chatswood infinity Medical Imaging twice, a year apart and both times I have had a fantastic experience. I found the staff very warm, courteous, friendly and professional. I felt very comfortable during the imaging and injection procedures. From the time of making an appointment, to the procedure and getting my results, there was consistent and good quality service and care. I want to say a big thank you to the entire team at Chatswood Infinity for the wonderful service they provide.
Got in and out with x-ray done in 15 min. Michael the specialist is very professional and friendly. Receptionist super helpful with a smile as well.
