I’ve spent days chasing around for what I need only to find the cold shoulder from numerous places, totally unwilling to help find a matching product. Coming across Luke and Jared here at Flooring Xtra Chatswood has been a god send! A totally different level of service and knowledge and a real dedication to their customers. I came in with a strange request, needing to find just 1m of underlay to replace some that was destroyed by my dog. Luke was SUPER helpful. He went out of his way to get me some and didn’t charge me anything. He was quick, friendly and so generous. I would definitely recommend them and I will be coming back when I need new flooring!
