Interesting experience. Was sent very clear instructions on preparation, where to park etc but the use of bold lettering when they requested specific information was off putting. The premises are very grubby. A pillow with a stained pillow slip was outside the room. Was ushered into a room by Molly the technician without a hi or introduction, the other person in the room also did not introduce themselves, I had to ask both of them. Poor professionalism. Not friendly and just task driven. Would not recommend attending.
The staff were helpful, informative, warm, kind and patient. Also I received the results within a few hours.
