The guy at the booth would not listen just kept saying that my extra data was used when it hadn’t worked since I added it. I tried reaching out by phone and internet first and can only get an Ai bot that just repeats itself over& over. The Ai robot was just as helpful as the guy at the counter in person. And to top it all off it was no sweat off their back to lose a customer of 8 years over 10$. Guess those are some priorities. If you were thinking about chart I would choose another company if you had doubts you’re right.
