I am extremely disappointed with Chatr's customer service. My wife's mobile data has not worked for five days, even though she still has plenty of data remaining on her plan. Calls and text messages work, but the internet does not. The most frustrating part is that there is no way to speak to a real person. lol. They have a sign that says prepaid phones. I asked if I could look at their prepaid phones and he said we only have them online and none at the kiosk. So what exactly are you selling?
First of all who runs a cell phone booth without any cell phones to sell. Then when I get to the mall to buy my Sim card for work, the guy working there was too lazy to answer the phone. I called 5 times in a row for him to answer the phone once to find out where the booth was located. I bought 2 sim cards so don't have to deal with that guy again.
Had an amazing experience at chatr Southcentre Mall! Muhammad was incredibly professional and patient. He helped us identify the issue with our SIM card slot and IMEI number and resolved everything quickly. If you need any help, I highly recommend asking for him. Excellent service!
