They didn't tell me I can activate my Chatr phone online for free, but instead charged me $25 for something I to do myself online and takes 2 minutes...
Good customer service provided by Mohammed Shahrukh. I went to this store and got my plan switched over from my previous plan smoothly and immediately. Mohammed Shahrukh was professional and courteous. He did not rush me through the switch over to the new plan activated. Also, not a long wait at the Store.
Can not access ROGER'S Chatr powered mobile database because ROGER'S servers services say I am blocked in Canada from using their network providers for consumer activities.
It says open at 6 AM which is wrong because I am there at 8:30 AM and still didn’t open yet.
