Mo’s client service is exceptional, and he genuinely knows the transaction process and reconfiguration of iPhone with eSIM. Every question was answered quickly, and the results exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend this branch.
Bad experience with this service. The online e sim experience is awful it took me 1hr to switch me e-sim, how ever with any other service this took me 10 minutes max. And there is no online help line as well. Would not recommend.
Mo here saved our day, and the service was excellent. We had an issue with a sim purchased elsewhere, and he immediately provided us with clarity and solutions. Mo was incredibly patient and kind, and helped up make sure that everything was set up before we left. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a service provider who cares.
