Good service, no long waitlines
Horrible company, has been withdrawing double the payment amount and no customer service available. Not worth any stars.
If I could give 0 star I would . The customer service is getting so bad. I went there and they said to wait 15 mins so I did and then after they said another 15 mins what for??? There's no customer there at all , it was empty. Also feel so unwelcome and waste of time waiting for them just to said another 15 mins. So disappointed.
If I can give a 0 I would 1 star is the least, I purchased a Chatr prepaid annual phone plan in February, since that day I never had mobile data although I contacted them multiple times. I also went to Rogers store and the rep sold me a Chatr sim card. my phone is compatible because I checked that before making a purchase. Since 2 weeks ago, my network has been down, It's rediculous.
