I arrived at 6:10 PM and I’m now leaving at 6:44 PM and nobody has been in this location. It’s open. I called the phone number. The phone rings and the doors are not closed. I think 34 minutes is a little excessive for a store to be empty thankfully the gentleman at the perfume kiosk let me know The person managing the chatr wasn’t even in the building.

Signed up online for an e-sim. Received confirmation number and my credit card was charged. No phone number was provided nor was an email with a barcode to setup the e-sim as indicated. You can’t create a help ticket online without a phone number and you can’t call and speak to a person for support.
