Had a great experience at the store. Sonali provided best service in a very polite way. She offered an affordable plan which worked for me.
I visited the store today, and unfortunately my experience at the front counter was unpleasant. The staff member working there had a bad odor, which made the interaction uncomfortable. I hope the management can address this to ensure a more welcoming environment for customers in the future.
The are much better than other branchs
I come every month to do a top-up and unfortunately, the service tends to be poor with incompetent staff members busy playing their music and daydreaming. Visited today to top-up my account and was told their card machine is not working, what a joke. How do expect to run a successful business when you can't even accept card payments?
