I had very bad customer experience with them. Unprofessional & rude staff working there. Sales rep didn’t know how to talk with customers. During conversation sales rep talk in hyper & aggressive mode. During conversation sales rep talks about my Brain. When I bought a plan Sales rep failure to describe proper plan & limits of plan. Now they throwing everything on me & playing safe. Don’t trust on them.
Very good customer service, got us on a cheaper plan
I had a great experience at this store today. The staff were extremely welcoming and kind from the moment I walked in. The two girls who helped me were so patient and helpful and Raman especially stood out she was incredibly friendly, professional, and made sure everything was explained clearly. This was one of the nicest customer service experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend this location.
