The girl was so sweet and professional. She provided great customer service and made my porting process smooth and easy. Thank you dear.
Indian lady working here had a attitude terrible customer service
I had a very bad customer service experience with one of the representatives. I was trying to fix an issue with my roaming data plan and the lady I was speaking to continuously hung up the phone while I was trying to explain to her I was in a foreign country and the service that I paid for was not working. I didn’t catch her name but I will no longer be with chatr.
Abdul has the best customer service!!!
Worst chatr, I came to the location at 6:30pm and they were closing the doors . I told her I thought you guys close at 8 as it says online and on the door . She told me the management said it closed now .
