The lady was extremely impatient and annoyed with very minimal help. My boyfriend wanted to transfer his phone number to another carrier, was told by the agent on the phone from chartr to ask the agent at the store to verify, the lady there was not only annoyed but very short. "Why do I have to verify you?" " Never had to do that" "what do they need to verify about" If we know and don't need your help... We wouldn't have came in the store... Don’t need much data and want to save money by checking out a lower data plan that Fido/Rogers didn’t offer so walked into this store at Aberdeen and lucky enough to meet sales representative, Darren Chau. Darren is patient explaining what are the cheaper options available at Chatr and kind enough to offer his contact details so that I can reach out to him after 3 months contract ends for extension options based on my needs.
