Stay very far away. The customer service is non existent. We closed out our phone account, but Chatr kep it active and kept billing us. Try customer support? The robot will send you a text to a number whose sim card is in the landfill. It is impossible to address anything. Go to account management, my username is no longer valid. Please update your store hours on Google, I wouldn’t have wasted my time coming on a Sunday.
Need to update Google page hours, apparently they are closed Sundays but Google says open at 12pm.
I came to this store to get my phone fixed because it was filled with viruses. Ali was great with all the questions I had. I'm a long time chatr customer and I only come to this store location for all my phone problems. Great service as always
