Not responsive. I had trouble with my cpap machine and called for a prescription change. Was told that she was on vacation for two weeks and that the doctor that was filling in for her couldn't help. The nurse said she would try to reach her but I never heard back.its been over a month now. When you get a CPAP machine you're supposed to use it everyday for the first 90 days in order for the insurance to cover it. She seemed to not care that it wasn't working and didn't help.

I was taken relatively quickly, given how overcrowded the waiting room was when I walked in. The nurse who did my intake & vitals was brusque and seemed impatient.
