The prices are good at this place generally speaking, however, on the phone with the receptionist she said that I wouldn’t have to pay the cost for consultation a second time ($84) if my cat was recently seen. I called twice and both times it was confirmed. I was a new client so I happily paid the intake consultation fee to get my pet looked at and examined in my first appointment, but when I came for his last round shots I got charged at checkout for the consultation fee again. Very respectfull. Staff is Very helpful to explaining the process of helping cats. Prices are fair and estimated before, very helpful. I highly recommend for first-time pet owners
