DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THEM FOR SERVICE. I took my truck in to have an oil leak fixed. It took them 2 weeks to call me with an "out the door" price. After another week they finally said it was ready but when I went to pick it up it was almost 400 dollars more than I was already told! CHATOM FORD took over six months to fix a 2019 Ford Edge that was purchased new in Jan. 2022. The car is still under warranty it was dropped off at Chatom Ford on or about Sept 16th 2022. I started a written history on the Bonnie Baxter situation, the Ford case number is #CAS39408622. Bill Holcomb is the service manager for all Pilger Motors dealerships.I finally reached Bill onMon.
