My experience of getting a loved one cremated here aligns perfectly with the experience of some of the other reviews. My fault for not listening to or believing them. The only plus I have to say is they'll deliver ashes or urns pretty far away for free. Between the lying, complete lack of communication, the back and forth, and the blatant disregard for my families wishes I am sorry that my family and I chose this funeral home. To the director cullen you looked me and my family in the eyes and promised to look after us throughout this process and you failed miserably. Worse funeral home EVER!!! Jazmin is unprofessional and has no sense of empathy. I just left from the Reisterstown Rd location, Jazmin was in her suv outside of the building. She watched me ring the bell (I didn’t know it was her at the time) as I’m sitting in my car, she drives past me and goes there the fenced off part of the parking lot. Gen my mom passed away Feb 16.2024, and you really made it very comfortable for me handle it she looked beautiful you did a very good job her hair was beautiful vin a bun her skin and her nails was beautiful but it was very hard it will be two years Feb 16.2026 but I prayed every time I had to come there to make the arrangements but those other funeral homes got nothing on you you all have catering included in the viewing package so to say thank you Tthompson my mom was Carolyn Thomas Nov 1.2025
