I want to take the time to acknowledge how absolutely amazing the team at Chatman-Harris Funeral Home – West (Reisterstown Road) has been during one of the most difficult times of my family's life. Sometimes the reviews are accurate. And in this case the negative ones preach the truth. Take a minute and scroll through them. My experience of getting a loved one cremated here aligns perfectly with the experience of some of the other reviews. My fault for not listening to or believing them. The only plus I have to say is they'll deliver ashes or urns pretty far away for free. It took about 2 months, tons of phone calls, a complaint to the state of maryland, and threat of legal action, to get the ashes of my baby back from... read more
