I lived here back in the 90s and hav e friends that lived here and sold.Its run by Camco mgmt which also manages Timber creek next door.A very low rated mgmt company that imposes large fines and is poorly run.Stay away from both as you will see property values go way down.
Used to live here a few years back and it was much nicer. In the first month of moving back, I had a package stolen within the hour it was delivered, someone left their trash spewed all over the parking lot for weeks until I cleaned it up, and had a run in with aggressive neighbors. The gym is ancient and useless and there's no parking by the laundry building.
