They were able to fix the problem I had in my home
I’ve lived here for almost a year and have dealt with ongoing infestations of fleas and cockroaches. The apartment itself is nice, but it’s hard to enjoy when you’re constantly worrying about getting bitten or seeing roaches. Orkin has treated my unit monthly, but the issue has never been resolved. The trash bins outside are heavily infested, and it’s common to see dozens of roaches at night. Despite a no-pet policy, many residents have pets, and there are stray cats throughout the complex. Very helpful staff & customer service. Well maintained property with plenty of space. Easy to get to parking + laundry access. Looking forward to enjoying the complex facilities!
