He replaced the patio light fixture yesterday and did a great job. Thanks for helping us out here and he's always nice and courteous.
My toilet backed up late at night. Went to office first thing in the morning to put in maintenance request. and because I wouldn't be able to use bathroom until they fixed it, they got to me right away. I was very grateful. Guys were prompt and really great about getting it fixed fast. One of the best things I've done in my life was moving to Chatham Village Apartments
I loved it here! Maintenance was great and ana was really nice every time I needed help with anything .
Front office does a poor job communicating with applicants. I scheduled an appt to tour a unit and confirmed the day before that the unit is available and our appt is still scheduled. I show up on the day and they told me that my appt was never confirmed and the unit is no longer available. Complete waste of time. If they can’t do something simple like communicating with applicants, I can’t imagine how they communicate with their tenants
