Great food
This place is a dump. The owner could care less about the condition of the facility.
The owner of the land discriminates against service animals based on weight. Had the money to buy one of the properties and was denied because of a medically registered service dog. not emotional support animal, a service animal.
Decent place to live. Dawn, the "manager" is an absolute physco though. I was planning on buying a trailer home there but, was completely disgusted by the lack of respect and general disposition of those in charge
