All staff are friendly and kind. Andrew is courteous and professional. Front desk staff is always kind an pleasant to see.

Disappointment. Don’t come here for dry needling. Kind, courteous, professional staff with a clean modern clinic. I attempted to book a visit for dry-needling and was told I needed a prescription, so I obtained one from my PC. I arrived for the appointment and was told I needed to sign their digital signature pad for a consent-for-treatment form that I could not see and was given no details about. I don't know whether or not they do a good job or not but these folks need to let new patients know when they call for an initial appointment that they don't have time to schedule them in a timely manner. Letting you know after you come in for an evaluation on a priority condition that they can't see you for another month is not acceptable.
