9/5/25 I'm not sure if this office handles their own billing or outsources it, but I have repeatedly received a bill since using their services since it was initially filed incorrectly when sent to my insurance. I have called REPEATEDLY since Feb, and every single time I call I am told that it is being handled, not to worry. More like Chatham Pathological liars. I saw them back in June 2023 and got a past due bill threatening to put me into collections Dec 2023 when my insurance was supposed to take care of it. I called Chatham and they told me they accidentally sent a claim with the "wrong diagnoses code" and that they would resend the corrected bill to my insurance company.
