I order the diff oil on 10/13. They had never emailed or called me out of stock and canceled two weeks later. I got No refund yet, so I called them never answer. Auto voice said message box is full I couldn’t leave a message. So I called to concierge and ask to transfer message but parts department never called me back. Worse Lexus experience ever.
Ordered several parts on 7/5 on a sale, randomly cancels my order two weeks later, no email, no reasoning, nothing.
